Yesterday I flew to Vancouver and drove down to Anacortes, Washington to help with our film which is called “Wrong Way to Hope: A Story of Young Adults and Cancer” (click here to check out the trailer if you haven’t already). I didn’t take any pictures of the journey but I made a quick little list of the mullet related events.

5 Things that happen while traveling that remind you that you have a mullet:
1) Airport security asks you if you have a gun scope in your luggage.
2) When you sit next to people they get up and stand a few feet away glaring at you.
3) The flight attendant quadruple checks your passport picture and chuckles.
4) The you tell the boarder guard about your job and he says “You don’t look like the office job type.”
5) You scare your friends youngest child when you say hi to them.
